Estimated Delivery Times

We are committed to providing the best service to you. All products and items displayed ’in stock’ will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.
For our customized Australian made products we estimate a delivery time of 5-6 weeks.
For our international brands, the delivery time will vary from 12-16 weeks.
Our International brand logo’s will be displayed on the relevant product adverts and will also be displayed as “Pre-Order”. Please see a list of our international brands below:

If you have purchased/paid for a product which is an indent product from our international brands we will contact you directly regarding delivery timeframes.

While we do our best to comply to these estimates, unexpected fluctuations in shipping and material availability can occasionally add time to our original availability estimates. If this does occur, we will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours to notify you.


How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us via email at with the following details so we can best arrange and assist you with a return:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return

Customised / specialty orders are approved by you prior to manufacturing, therefore there are no returns unless there is faulty manufacturing. There is no return on items on food and beverage purchases that are as you ordered. The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to email with the above order details, where our team will assist you.

Change of mind return

We want you to love our wonderful products you purchase from us. In the case that you have changed your mind, we will accept a return within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. To facilitate a change of mind return you will need to pay the shipping costs irrespective of free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion or charge that may have been applicable at the time of your order being placed with us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty Periods

Warranty is dependent on the product. We have displayed warranties on our product adverts. For customised furniture pieces we offer a 5 year warranty
